CAN YOU BUILD MUSCLE AND GET LEAN AT THE SAME TIME?
People ask me whether you can build muscle and get lean at the same time, regarding my dramatic body transformations. The answer to this question is a resounding YES!! You can burn fat, get strong and build lean muscle at same time.
I’m so tired of articles, written by lazy editors, which say that this can’t be done. These editors are afraid of putting the hard work or just haven’t tested my program in order to get these results. They will tell you that you have to go through a “bulking phase”, which is a time frame where people gain a ridiculous amount of weight, which is supposed to get them stronger, so that they can lift more weight and gain muscle mass.
In real life, many of us have corporate jobs and cannot afford to look ridiculous while going through a bulking phase. Many people have to wear suits to work and will look silly in their clothing while going through this bulking phase. I continue to prove that you can build lean muscle and lose body fat at the same time. I also prove that this can be done rapidly. Men and women can do this. You don’t need to be genetically gifted to be able to get these dramatic results. You just have to be willing to work hard and follow the nutrition program.
The idea behind my dramatic body transformation program is that when you combine combine strength training exercises and intermittent cardio bursts, you are able to get strong while burning an insane number of calories. Studies have shown that you burn calories while you’re doing cardiovascular exercise, but the calorie burn slows, once the cardiovascular exercise ends. However, the body continues to burn calories after lifting weights, in order to repair and rebuild muscle. The key to the burning the highest amount of calories in a workout is to keep the reps high in all exercises performed in the circuit and then add a cardio burst at the end of each circuit.

Over the years, I have created multiple circuits of exercise that will create the best hypertrophic results in each muscle group, which makes the muscle grow and get stronger, while burning body fat.
