THE ICONOCLAST BODY TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

Our process starts with a discovery consultation call with our Owner/Founder, Ngo Okafor. Here, your fitness goals, schedule, nutrition habits, and injury profile are discussed and understood.

We then create an individualized program design, complete with nutritional review, suggestions, and guidance. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, while our trainers advise on a range of recovery methods from stretching to infrared sauna. We also offer cardio memberships for access to a range of cardio equipment without a trainer.

Our Rapid Body Transformation methods require a minimum of 5 training days per week. Remember, how often you train plays a huge role in your results. If you’re seeing a mind-body transformation, we’re ready and waiting to help you succeed.

What WILL MY first meeting with a trainer look like?

The first step towards working with an Iconoclast trainer is a discovery/consultation phone call with Owner/Founder, Ngo Okafor. During this call, Ngo will go over your fitness goals, schedule, current nutrition habits, and injury profile.

What will MY trainer do to make sure I REACH MY goals?

We ensure that our clients reach their goals by creating an individualized program design, nutritional review, suggestions, and guidance. We also advise on various recovery methods such as stretching, infrared sauna, cardio, and soft tissue work. Unlike other gyms, we don’t put an expiration date on your sessions because your success is just as important to us as it is to you.

How many times a week will I exercise?

To achieve maximum results, we suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 times per week. If you are seeking to transform your body using our Rapid Body Transformation Method, the training program requires a minimum of 5 training days (sessions) per week. It may seem like a lot at first, but you got this!
