Your journey with an Iconoclast trainer starts with a discovery consultation with our founder, Ngo Okafor. During this call, we will get a better understanding of your fitness goals, schedule, nutrition habits, and injury profile.

Once completed, we will use this information to design a program that's tailored to your unique needs. We meet you at your current fitness level and ramp up the intensity as you progress.

Our programs range from 2-3 sessions per week to a minimum of 5 training days per week for our Rapid Body Transformation Method.

Keep in mind that your training frequency plays a huge role in your results. Whether you’re seeking a full-body transformation or would just like to improve your health and fitness, we want to see you succeed.

Each trainer is committed to making sure that you get value out of every session. To track your progress, regular accountability check-ins are conducted via email, text, FaceTime, or Zoom.

What WILL MY first meeting with a trainer look like?

The first step towards working with an Iconoclast trainer is a discovery/consultation phone call with Owner/Founder, Ngo Okafor. During this call, Ngo will go over your fitness goals, schedule, current nutrition habits, and injury profile.

What will MY trainer do to make sure I REACH MY goals?

We ensure that our clients reach their goals by creating an individualized program design, nutritional review, suggestions, and guidance. We also advise on various recovery methods such as stretching, infrared sauna, cardio, and soft tissue work. Unlike other gyms, we don’t put an expiration date on your sessions because your success is just as important to us as it is to you.

How many times a week will I exercise?

To achieve maximum results, we suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 times per week. If you are seeking to transform your body, using our Rapid Body Transformation Method, the training program requires a minimum of 5 training days (sessions) per week. It may seem like a lot at first, but you got this!
